Information about personal data processing

2. Personal data processed
Through the Contact form we collect full name, email address and message text. Company name and phone number are optional. When visiting the website, technical information needed for browsing and security may also be processed, such as IP address, date and time of requests, and technical browser information, depending on the hosting service features.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use information submitted through the Contact form to handle and answer enquiries and provide the product or service information requested. Depending on the nature of the enquiry, processing is based on steps taken at the individual’s request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or on our legitimate interest in managing incoming correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)). Technical data needed to operate and secure the website may be processed on the basis of legitimate interests, where applicable. If an enquiry leads to a commercial relationship, relevant data may also be processed to perform a contract or comply with legal obligations, under the applicable rules.
4. Provision of information
Fields marked as required in the Contact form are needed to submit and handle your enquiry; other fields are optional. Without the required information the form cannot be submitted. Please avoid sharing unnecessary special-category personal data.
5. Recipients
Enquiries are handled by persons authorised by Green Pack Lab. Website hosting and email services are provided through Aruba. Where applicable, authorised technical service providers involved in operating these services may also access data only as necessary, subject to their applicable privacy roles and agreements. Contact-form information is not made public by the form.
6. Retention
Contact-form enquiries and related emails are retained for 6 months after the enquiry is closed, unless a commercial relationship, legal obligation or documented legitimate need requires longer retention. Any technical browsing and security logs and backup copies are retained for periods appropriate to website operation, security and service recovery purposes, according to the configurations and retention policies of the relevant services.
7. Cookies and technical functions
The website has technical functions for language selection and Contact form submission, which may involve browser storage and a technical session. According to the website configuration described by Green Pack Lab, Google Analytics, advertising pixels and marketing profiling tools are not used. Prior consent is not required for tools strictly necessary to provide the service, although users must still be informed about them.
8. International transfers
In connection with the technical services used, any transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area must comply with Chapter V of the GDPR and the applicable safeguards. 9. Your rights
Where provided by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
